i chose the hotel for its convenient location near junction 3 of the m42 i found its setting surprisingly picturesque and rural the staff were helpful and the twin room was clean and well appointed i appreciated the comfortable beds and the included wifi that worked well
i dined in the restaurant and found the service inconsistent the older waitress was lovely however the younger one seemed disinterested and unwelcoming this affected the dining experience and made it difficult to seek assistance or feel comfortable

the room had modern fitted wardrobes and a large desk area. i found a fridge fitted inside one of the cupboards, a very convenient addition. the bathroom was spacious and it featured an excellent shower.
the music played around the hotel was not always to my taste.

honestly, i was so frustrated. the room smelled musty! ugh, the sink plug was blocked, so i couldn't even wash my face properly. and to top it off, there was no rail in the bathroom near the shower. where was i supposed to put my towel?!

the function we had was really fantastic. the staff were friendly, I did not encounter any issues. the food was also lovely and was very enjoyable.
the room lacked the refreshment of tea and coffee. the bins were also not empty from the previous guest. the toilet roll was not refreshed.
